If you bring strong leadership, hands-on plastic injection molding expertise, and experience in regulated manufacturing, we want to hear from you. You will step directly into leading a team of 6 engineers and supervisors while managing a high-priority shop consolidation project.

responsibilities:
- Direct and develop Tooling Engineers, Supervisors, and Mold Makers.
- Oversee the tooling shop consolidation from Tempe to Phoenix.
- Conduct hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Interface directly with external customers on tooling specifications and quality.
qualifications:
- 8-10 years of plastic injection molding tooling experience.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade school background.
- Demonstrated leadership in cGMP, FDA, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
