responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor bioprocessing equipment, including Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems.
- Perform basic laboratory testing, such as monitoring pH and conductivity, and collecting product samples.
- Maintain strict adherence to cGMPs, Good Documentation Practices (GDPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct routine facility cleaning, sanitization, and material transfers across production areas to support 6S standards.
- Complete batch records and actively participate in daily shift exchanges and continuous improvement meetings.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Ability to work on the production floor in full PPE/gowning and follow detailed SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and automated equipment skills.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
- Prior experience in cGMP biomanufacturing or protein purification.
