responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for all digital patient support service (PSS) programs.
- Direct horizon scanning and marketplace assessments to integrate external technologies into existing brand strategies.
- Inspire, coach, and manage a high-performing cross-functional team focused on operational excellence.
- Oversee new program launches within the PSS ecosystem, maintaining consistent tools, messaging, and cross-functional alignment.
- Evaluate and optimize program performance using advanced data analytics and key operational metrics.
qualifications:
Required:
- 12 to 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on patient support services or related commercial functions.
- Proven track record leading strategic digital transformation and customer experience initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational leadership and adaptability within a fast-paced environment.
- MBA or advanced clinical degree.
- Experience leading large cross-functional commercial initiatives and robust knowledge of enterprise tech infrastructure.
