responsibilities:
- Execute aseptic processing, liquid media filling, and capping operations adhering strictly to defined SOPs.
- Set up, operate, and clean production equipment, tanks, and sterilizing filters.
- Complete and review GMP documentation, batch records, and inventory logs concurrently with production tasks.
- Perform aseptic gowning, material transfers, and personal and environmental monitoring in cleanroom spaces.
- Maintain facility upkeep, prepare materials for autoclaving, and assist with bulk formulations.
- Support team operations while identifying and communicating non-routine events or deviations.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or lab environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP documentation, aseptic gowning, and cleanroom protocols.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic, lift up to 40 lbs, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
