responsibilities:
- Test and evaluate next-generation DNA sequencing instrumentation following established quality and safety protocols.
- Use hand and torque tools safely while assembling, operating, and troubleshooting technical equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and cross-functional teams to identify process discrepancies and continuous improvement actions.
- Assist in drafting and updating quality documentation, including work instructions, procedures, and batch records.
- Analyze basic production data to help drive operational efficiency and support internal quality audits.

Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Fast learner who works well both independently and in a team setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to comfortably use basic hand tools and torque tools.
- Physical ability to safely lift up to 15 lbs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or related STEM field.
- Exposure to biotech environments, GMP/GLP standards, or diagnostic/DNA sequencing instrumentation.
