Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility and some Saturdays

responsibilities:
- Accurately log customer samples into LIMS systems and perform clerical reviews to verify all data.
- Ensure proper sample handling, precise labeling, and correct storage temperature compliance.
- Maintain high organization and cleanliness across the sample receiving area while managing supply stocks.
- Serve as a direct point of contact for clear, professional communication with clients and vendors.
- Execute ISO standards, quality control requirements, and safety protocols consistently.
qualifications:
Required:
- Associate degree in science or a related field (or equivalent operational experience).
- 2+ years of experience in sample receiving, shipping, or lab operations.
- High typing proficiency, sharp attention to detail, and administrative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs as needed.
- Customer-facing or client service background.
- Basic chemistry knowledge or familiarity with LIMS software.
