We are seeking an experienced QC Analyst 3 for an 8-month onsite contract role on a standard first-shift schedule. In this senior, hands-on laboratory position, you will conduct analytical testing on in-process materials, finished goods, and client stability samples while serving as a technical mentor to junior laboratory staff in a cGMP biologics environment.

responsibilities:
- Conduct QC analytical testing on in-process, finished drug products, and stability samples using HPLC, UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, qPCR, and spectrophotometry.
- Review analytical data for accuracy and compliance, adhering strictly to cGMP and Data Integrity principles.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate advanced laboratory equipment alongside maintenance teams and vendors.
- Provide technical guidance, feedback, and task delegation to junior analysts in daily laboratory operations.
- Initiate investigations, drive audit readiness, and implement continuous process improvements (6S, document revisions).
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on Quality Control laboratory experience in a cGMP biologics manufacturing setting.
- Extensive experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, or qPCR.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, Data Integrity standards, and lab equipment troubleshooting.
- 10+ years of senior-level laboratory experience.
- Experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during regulatory audits.
