responsibilities:
- Review analytical methods and assemble testing kits containing columns, volumetric glassware, mobile phases, reference standards, and documentation for scientists.
- Prepare mobile phases, reagents, and sample diluents, accurately recording details in laboratory notebooks per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Execute daily Operational Qualification (OQ) checks on laboratory equipment such as analytical balances and Karl Fischer titrators.
- Maintain laboratory inventory, log in samples, manage waste disposal, and clean/store volumetric glassware.
- Maintain clean, compliant laboratory spaces in adherence to Quality Assurance and EH&S standards.

Required:
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related physical science discipline.
- Ability to perform basic scientific and solution preparation calculations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for precise GMP documentation.
- Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift/move 10-35 lbs.
- Prior hands-on testing experience in a fine chemicals or pharmaceutical laboratory setting.
