responsibilities:
- Perform routine analytical biochemical and molecular biology assays (e.g., PCR, gel electrophoresis) to support product release, characterization, and stability testing.
- Execute raw material testing following established SOPs, work instructions, and written procedures.
- Manage testing reagent inventory, maintain retention sample filing, and support workstation setup for senior team members.
- Perform incoming inspections, sample analysis, and batch record reviews in compliance with quality protocols.
- Maintain accurate, thorough batch records adhering strictly to GMP/GDP guidelines.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- 1-3 years of post-academic, industry laboratory experience (contract lab experience preferred).
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on application of GMP and GDP documentation standards.
- Core molecular biology lab skills, including pipetting, PCR, and gel electrophoresis.
- Hands-on experience with qPCR, fragment analyzers, or HPLC instrumentation.
- Familiarity with Thermo Fisher instrumentation and Chromeleon software.
