responsibilities:
- Perform routine recombinant protein purification using established protocols, AKTA FPLC, and Agilent HPLC systems.
- Execute multiple protein purification projects simultaneously and conduct target protein quality control testing.
- Carry out routine protein labeling, Western blots, and biophysical characterization.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, records, and inventory tracking.
- Assist with cell culture activities, protein expression, stable cell line development, and DNA workflows as needed.
- Adhere strictly to laboratory safety procedures and PPE requirements.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with protein purification techniques (AKTA FPLC or Agilent HPLC).
- Strong understanding of protein biology, biochemical principles, and laboratory safety protocols.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.
- Experience with protein labeling, antibody research, or mammalian cell culture.
