A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Associate II to join their team for an on-site role. In this fast-paced position, you will drive cGMP QC testing for raw materials, drug substances, and finished products while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

responsibilities:
- Execute QC molecular biology and bioassay methods, including mammalian cell-based potency assays, qPCR, sequencing, and protein analysis.
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and assay issues while performing essential laboratory maintenance and reagent preparation.
- Draft, revise, and review SOPs, protocols, reports, and Quality records (deviations, CAPAs, change controls).
- Ensure full compliance with cGMP documentation, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support audit readiness and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in a STEM discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a cGMP laboratory setting.
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, cell-based and potency assays, ELISA, molecular biology, and protein analysis.
