In this key contract role, you will lead the execution of QC laboratory equipment qualification, ensuring full compliance with cGMP regulations and corporate quality standards.

responsibilities:
- Perform on-site qualification of QC laboratory equipment in accordance with equipment qualification policies and plans.
- Author, review, and execute detailed equipment qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Partner directly with laboratory personnel and cross-functional teams to define qualification requirements.
- Coordinate vendor activities and support groups for seamless equipment qualification execution.
- Identify business, quality, and compliance gaps to drive continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain complete, inspection-ready documentation in full alignment with cGMP standards.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA), preferably in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in equipment qualification or validation within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of cGMP regulations and quality standards for QC laboratory equipment.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems flexibly, and manage project schedules effectively.
- Strong written and verbal technical communication skills.
