responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing and sample preparation following established SOPs and strict safety standards.
- Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment logs.
- Accurately record, organize, and review test data using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Maintain organized inventory, supplies, and safe work areas to ensure efficient operations.
- Communicate test observations, results, and technical issues clearly to cross-functional teams.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and extreme attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a coachable, collaborative mindset.
- Associate Degree or technical certification in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering Technology.
- Prior R&D, quality control, or testing laboratory experience.
