We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for an overnight role (6 PM - 6 AM, 2-2-3 rotation) to drive quality execution across manufacturing, filling, packaging, and inspection in both commercial and product development environments.

responsibilities:
- Conduct daily quality assessments of facilities, personnel, and documentation in classified and non-classified areas to ensure cGMP compliance.
- Provide real-time guidance on aseptic techniques, troubleshooting, and documentation corrections on the production floor.
- Participate in RAPID event responses, root cause analysis, and quality investigations for deviation events.
- Review and approve batch records, change controls, deviations, SOPs, and training documents.
- Partner with production teams to identify and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Microbiology, or a related scientific field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Operations/Manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong background in sterile or aseptic processing operations (or other heavily regulated cGMP environments).
- Demonstrated technical writing skills for investigation reports and SOPs.
- Ability to maintain a consistent production floor presence, including prolonged standing, walking, and aseptic gowning.
- Professional certifications such as CQA or Six Sigma training.
