responsibilities:
- Lead the qualification and periodic reassessments of new vendors and raw materials in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintain the site Approved Vendor List and track supplier lifecycle documentation.
- Initiate, own, and route change controls related to vendor qualification and supplier change notifications.
- Partner with Internal/External Supply Quality and Legal teams to execute Quality Assurance Agreements.
- Ensure required BSE/TSE evaluations are obtained for all manufacturing materials.
- Support pre-approval inspection readiness activities, FDA audit preparation, and backroom operations.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Direct experience in Quality Assurance, Vendor Quality, or Supplier Quality within a regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of vendor qualification, material qualification, supplier change management, and change control processes.
- Demonstrated familiarity with regulatory inspection readiness and audit support activities.
