Are you an experienced Archibus user looking to make an immediate impact? We are partnering with a premier facilities and real estate department to find a meticulous Data Entry Specialist for a critical 2-3 month contract. Whether you choose to work fully remote or local to Princeton, NJ, you will play a vital role in streamlining construction project documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your specialized skills, maintain system integrity, and support a dynamic operations team right away!
How You Will Make an Impact
- Optimize data management by seamlessly entering vital construction project invoices and documents into the Archibus platform.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the Archibus construction module to support ongoing facility operations.
- Accelerate team success by providing crucial operational support and completing critical data backlog tasks ahead of the department's upcoming internal training on September 25th.
- Essential: Proven familiarity and hands-on experience using the Archibus tool (experience specifically with the construction module is highly preferred).
- Essential: Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills for processing high volumes of invoices and project documents.
- Essential: Proactive mindset with the ability to jump in and navigate tasks with autonomy.
