responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, review, and dissemination of accurate, evidence-based medical and scientific content for pharmacological and biological products.
- Serve as the Medical Affairs representative on the Promotional Review Team (PRT) to ensure promotional materials and training assets are scientifically rigorous and compliant.
- Oversee the development of standardized medical response documents and FAQs to address inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
- Manage Medical Affairs booth strategy, content, and planning at key medical and scientific conferences.
- Design and deliver medical training programs for MSLs, Sales Teams, and Customer Care Services.
- Analyze medical communication metrics and interaction data to generate actionable insights for leadership.
qualifications:
Required:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, or PhD) in a life sciences field or equivalent clinical background.
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry experience in medical information, drug information, or medical communications.
- Proven ability to interpret, synthesize, and present complex scientific data, peer-reviewed literature, and clinical guidelines.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, presentation, and medical review capabilities.
- Experience developing scientific training materials for internal field teams.
- Hands-on experience managing vendor budgets and leading matrix teams.
