responsibilities:
- Analyze finished products using diverse test methods, including wet chemistry techniques.
- Perform sensory evaluations on both in-process and finished food products.
- Review critical food safety, regulatory, and quality test results prior to shipment release.
- Assist with microbiological sampling, sample preparation, and laboratory testing.
- Conduct physical sampling and testing on incoming ingredients from trucks, rail cars, and totes.
- Maintain rigorous sanitation levels across all QA laboratory spaces.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must provide own steel-toe boots (all other required PPE provided onsite).
- 1+ years of experience in quality control, food manufacturing, laboratory environments, or related fields.
