responsibilities:
- Independently design, conduct, and optimize complex mass spectrometry experiments to generate reliable, high-quality data.
- Implement and innovate new experimental protocols, utilizing diverse extraction conditions and automated liquid handlers.
- Interpret multi-stage experimental results, identify key deviations, and design follow-up studies to keep project goals on track.
- Perform both routine and complex lab operations while maintaining strict adherence to safety, corporate policy, and GxP standards.
- Adapt scientific literature to solve technical challenges within the discipline in a timely manner.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- 3-5 years of hands-on laboratory experience in biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
- Proven quantitative mass spectrometry experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency using varied sample extraction conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Direct experience operating automated liquid handling systems.
