responsibilities:
- Organize, properly label, and index over 2,000 document records for secure archive storage.
- Manage logbook generation, tracking, and issuance across operations.
- Prepare, scan, and audit documentation for secure offsite transfer to Iron Mountain facilities.
- Support general QA administrative functions while ensuring strict compliance with GMP protocols.
- Maintain rigorous organization to meet tight audit and operational timelines.
qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree
- Exceptional organizational, document management, and time management skills
- Proven ability to execute precise tasks accurately in a busy, regulated environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to strict deadline adherence
