responsibilities:
- Transfer, create, and design clinical labels in accordance with established regulatory requirements and source documents.
- Proofread label proofs with exceptional accuracy to ensure full compliance and consistency.
- Coordinate labeling documentation, approvals, and workflows with internal teams and worldwide affiliates.
- Manage assigned study labels independently while maintaining accurate data entry.
- Adjust daily priorities flexibly on short notice to support shifting business needs and labeling projects.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven data entry and document review experience with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn new technical systems quickly.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to thrive in a highly regulated (GMP/SOP) environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, English, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe software, Smartsheets, or Excel.
- Prior experience or background in label design.
