responsibilities:
- Process human biological specimens and manage bioanalytical sample handling.
- Perform bench-level laboratory tasks including precise pipetting and sterile technique maintenance.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, manage inventory, and order essential scientific supplies.
- Conduct quality control reviews on laboratory data, maintaining strict audit trails and documentation.
- Support general laboratory operations and administrative workflows.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Immunology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven foundation in basic laboratory skills, including accurate pipetting and safe specimen handling.
- Understanding of sterile techniques and general laboratory safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to learn electronic laboratory notebooks and software systems.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
- Interest in building a long-term career in laboratory analysis.
- Flexibility to support occasional weekend shifts during large clinical study periods.
