responsibilities:
- Prepare vaccine components in an aseptic cleanroom utilizing advanced virus and cell culture techniques under USDA regulations.
- Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and environmental health and safety (EHS) initiatives.
- Complete and review in-process production documentation promptly to ensure accuracy, compliance, and regulatory audit readiness.
- Participate in root cause analysis, troubleshoot production disturbances, and assist in implementing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
- Support site-wide continuous improvement projects, deviation management, and change control initiatives.
- Train and coach current and incoming team members on required operational skills and equipment procedures.
qualifications:
Required:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations.
- Practical experience working within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulated environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard database systems.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and basic troubleshooting skills for automation and equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend and holiday shifts.
- Degree in Biology or a related scientific discipline.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
