responsibilities:
- Perform qualitative analysis of samples and support routine Quality Control laboratory functions.
- Collect samples, prepare media, reagents, and standard solutions, and manage glassware inventory.
- Record data, perform calculations, analyze results, and complete thorough peer reviews.
- Maintain complete compliance with all SOPs, QPs, GMPs, and safety/health protocols.
- Identify atypical or Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and immediately notify supervisors.
- Assist senior technical personnel to learn advanced instrumentation and laboratory techniques.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-1 year of laboratory experience.
- Basic mathematical and computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
- Strong time management, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
