A Senior Innovation Technical Developer is needed for a multinational corporation that is involved in the design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and sales of athletic apparel, equipment, accessories, and services in the Beaverton, OR area. This role leads end-to-end technical development of innovative apparel concepts by translating design vision into high-performance, manufacturable products through research, patterning, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.

responsibilities:
- Lead large, complex apparel innovation projects from ideation to product realization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into 3D products and generate 2D patterns as needed.
- Perform research and experimentation to acquire new knowledge of technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods.
- Produce proof-of-concept prototypes to support innovation initiatives.
- Drive innovation through new methods of make, product construction, and performance-based product solutions.
- Oversee product security in high-security innovation environments (e.g., LeBron WHQ).
- Maintain direct communication with garment factories and innovation centers to support end-to-end concept development.
- Lead the prototype iteration process and manage concept calendar flows and workback plans.
- Translate complex or ambiguous design ideas into clear technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams including materials, product creation, and manufacturing.
- Create concepts from 2D to 4D, leveraging expertise in 3D modeling tools (CLO).
- Advance knowledge of the apparel development process from concept through production, including but not limited to pattern making, construction, engineering, costing, consumer electronics, manufacturing, materials, machinery.

- Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Pattern Making, Textile Science or related field.
- Minimum 6 years' apparel development experience.
