responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage safety, scope, cost, and schedule during the construction phase of a project.
- Report directly to the Project Manager (PM).
- Supervise all project team members during construction, including contractors and company employees.
- Ensure construction adheres to codes, specifications, and industry standards.
- Lead pre-construction meetings with a focus on safety and coordination.
- Oversee both pre-fabrication and on-site construction activities.
- Track and report daily progress to the PM.
- Supervise contract inspectors and resolve material, construction, and scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate testing, startup, and commissioning of installed equipment.
- Develop punch lists and obtain sign-off for project turnover.
- Assist in compiling and delivering O&M manuals and asset documentation.
- Experience with gas facilities construction and field/equipment operations.
- strong knowledge of safety and construction standards.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and decision making.
- Skilled in organizing, planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Ability to manage and measure team performance.
- Effective negotiation and record management skills.
