A Project Cost Controls Manager is needed for a leading Construction Organization near Omaha, NE. The Project Cost Controls Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost management, including change order tracking, subcontractor coordination, and financial reporting across large-scale commercial construction projects.
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in construction cost management and communication, time management, and technical skills. The ideal candidate is proficient with cost tracking systems, understands construction workflows, and can operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:
- Manage and track Change Order Requests and Subcontractor Change Orders using WBS and SOV frameworks
- Maintain and communicate weekly updates on submittals, pricing, and document logs
- Lead weekly internal and external change management meetings using COR, design, and tracking logs
- Verify subcontractor cost item logs, ticket work, and monthly billing accuracy
- Monitor general conditions/requirements spending and ensure proper cost code application
- Generate and present accurate monthly cost projections and participate in executive reviews
