- Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and project management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Facilitate improvement events and coach teams in applying continuous improvement methodologies.
- Assist in developing and tracking key metrics (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity) across the organization.
- Support leadership in the execution of strategic improvement plans aligned with customer and business goals.
