We are searching for a Senior Test Engineer in the Kansas City, MO area to work at a manufacturing company that has been voted Great Place to Work for the last three years in a row.
Candidates should have a BSME or BSEE and 3+ years of experience with Verification and Validation, and mechanical and electro-mechanical system design and development.
This is a direct hire role with great benefits.

responsibilities:
- Develop and execute verification and validation test methods, protocols, and reports for components, parts and electro-mechanical systems.
- Design test cases, methodology, processes and acceptance criteria for validating design life cycle and quality performance metrics.
- Develop a best-in-class test capability with automated test equipment (ATE), data logging and analytics tools.
- Execute functional testing of electro-mechanical assemblies, mechanical components and electrical & control circuits.
- Drive quality into product development (NPD) and engineering change (ECR) processes by providing Design for Test (DFT) requirements.
