Contract Quality Control Manager for the Wild Rivers Project located in Taos County, New Mexico. Key qualifications include 4 years of experience managing quality control on highway construction or highway material. A National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) is prefered.

responsibilities:
- Manages quality control, explicitly excluding other project operations like testing, inspection, or general project management. The QCM also certifies daily reports.
- Responsible for inspecting projects.
- Responsible for performing required sampling and testing.
- Develops and submits the Quality Control Plan (QCP) , performs process control testing , maintains records and control charts , and submits daily quality control reports.
- Participate in preparatory and start-up meetings to review project requirements and plans.
