As an Electrical Control Panel Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels according to engineered schematics and Bills of Materials (BOMs). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of panels, contributing to the successful completion of our projects.

responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire control panels following engineered electrical schematics and BOMs.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line diagrams.
- Machine and mount electrical components as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a continual improvement mindset, identifying and implementing ways to enhance the assembly process.
- Print wire tags and labels using computer skills.
- Carry out additional duties as requested by the supervisor within your capacity and competence.
- Experience wiring low voltage electrical panels (less than 690VAC).
- Knowledge of electrical components and their basic functions.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Experience working in a UL508A panel shop is highly desirable.
- Ability to use hand and power tools for panel assembly.
- Must have your own set of hand tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
