- Improve manufacturing efficiency and standard operating procedures
- Interpret engineering drawings and suggest production quality and reliability improvements
- Suggest new production floor layouts and machine utilization
- Enhance risk management
- Support lean initiatives and smart factory plans
- Improve sustainability
- 10+ years of experience improving manufacturing plants
- PMP preferred

- Experience level: Manager
- Minimum 10 years of experience
