A Project Coordinator is needed for an American multinational home appliances corporation in the Plymouth Meeting, PA area. This role supports project execution by coordinating tasks, tracking schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

responsibilities:
- Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones with Project Managers (PMs).
- Monitor project timelines and costs in coordination with PMs, engineers, and external partners.
- Track deliverables and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- Maintain and organize key project documentation: invoices, meeting notes, vendor records, change orders.
- Generate project status reports (weekly/monthly) for leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist with project invoicing and purchase order (PO) system processes.
- Act as liaison between internal departments (Projects, Sales, Service).
- Schedule and facilitate project turnover meetings.
- Manage team alignment via updates and feedback loops.
- Help onboard new vendors/subcontractors into the PO system.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of project management tools/processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); MS Project is a plus.
- strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail with focus on accuracy and quality.
- High school diploma required.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience in HVAC or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with Agile or Stage-Gate project methodologies.
