A prominent manufacturing company is seeking a Foam Line Manager for their plant in Phoenix. This is a critical role overseeing all aspects of the foam line production. This position ensures that safety, production quality,
and planning standards are met, providing leadership and analytical support for process improvements. The manager will lead the foam pouring team and optimize production sequences, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency. The position is salaried in the $130K salary range, plus bonus. The company will pay full relocation expenses.

responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety in all department activities, ensuring adherence to all safety procedures.
- Understand polyurethane chemistry and formulations to ensure high quality products.
- Supervise daily foam production and make necessary adjustments to formulas/run sheets to meet product specifications.
- Manage all aspects of the foam line production, including scheduling, supervising the pour line workforce, maintaining adequate chemical and supply inventory.
- Lead the foam pouring team, scheduling pouring sequences to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Maintain and improve high-quality production standards, ensuring efficiency in scheduling and labor costs.
