As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from R&D tasks to full-scale production equipment, coordinating across Engineering, Production, Procurement, and customers. You'll ensure seamless integration of technical, budgetary, schedule, and quality requirements while tracking key metrics, resolving issues, capturing detailed documentation, and driving continuous process improvement. Your solid leadership and expert communication will guide interdisciplinary teams, support customer satisfaction, and deliver successful project outcomes.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- Track and resolve project issues-ECOs, NCRs-with stakeholders and support teams
- Handle customer interactions: manage acceptance, satisfaction, change orders, and communication
- Document meeting minutes and key project notes clearly
- Develop and maintain PM processes, procedures, and documentation
- Conduct post-project evaluations and monitor project metrics
- Support on-site project execution, coordinating with production and technical staff
- Manage physical workload demands-including lifting 10-50 lbs, visual and auditory monitoring requirements
- Proven track record in Project Management with formal methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and 3+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and maintain strong leadership
- Excellent problemsolving, communication (written & verbal), organization, and note?keeping skills
- Broad understanding of engineering, production processes, and best practices
- Experience interfacing with customers, managing acceptance, satisfaction, change orders, and communications
