Key qualifications include, 6+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/distribution center design and optimization in large-scale projects. Ability to travel up to 50% of time throughout the United States. A Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering is required.

responsibilities:
- Strategize and manage project lifecycle: Develop project plans, including investments, timelines, and budgets, and then oversee progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance and quality: Uphold engineering standards, best practices, bills of process and equipment, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster collaboration for optimal solutions: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions rapidly.
- Lead end-to-end warehouse design: Drive comprehensive warehouse design projects from the initial concept through to final implementation.
- Stay current with industry advancements: Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging manufacturing technologies.
