A Safety Coordinator is needed for a leading organization in Fort Wayne, IN. The Construction Coordinator will support and drive safety operations on large-scale construction projects, including mission-critical, aviation, and other technically complex environments. This role collaborates with superintendents, project managers, and client safety teams to implement safety culture and ensure a proactive, high-performance safety environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction safety experience on complex projects, with knowledge of OSHA compliance, hazardous energy control, crane operations, and high-risk field activities. Candidates with safety certifications (CSP, CHST, SMS) and prior experience working for a general contractor will be strongly considered.
Our client will also consider candidates on a contract-to-direct hire basis, with a per diem / living allowance provided during the relocation period.

- Track and analyze safety data to support continuous improvement
