responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and manage program requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks, and challenges
- Support managers to drive a program or projects
- Work closely with team to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a change strategy
- Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes
- 5+ years of managing electrical substation and/or transmission projects
- Prefer candidates with large project experience
