Our client, a leader in interconnect solutions, is looking for a Process Technician for their night shift - a rotating schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM (Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri / Tues, Wed, Sat). Key qualifications include 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process support, and the ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation. A high school diploma is required

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering to implement and optimize electronics manufacturing processes, including automation, 3D fixture design, and Kaizen projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train production staff on new equipment, processes, and quality standards.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronics manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, efficiency, and reliability, while ensuring compliance with ESD protocols and other industry regulations
