An Implementation Supervisor is needed for a multinational package delivery and supply chain management company in the Louisville, KY area. This job leads and coordinates mid to large-scale customer migration projects by managing cross-functional teams, developing implementation plans, and ensuring successful execution through effective communication, project tracking, and client engagement.

responsibilities:
- Support mid to large-scale Helix Migration projects (single/multi-site implementations with multiple products/services).
- Analyze customer solutions and lead successful migration efforts.
- Participate in implementation model development for each project, including: Deployment and plan definition, Implementation phase scheduling, Communication strategy, User acceptance training (UAT), Project management & Reporting
- Manage cross-functional implementation teams.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of: Project plans and templates, Implementation outcomes, Lessons learned & Post-implementation audits
- Handle client communication and weekly project reporting.
- Hold meetings to review project status and follow up on action items.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager.
- Attend daily status meetings (via Zoom).
- Use project management tools to monitor and track project progress.
- Proficient in project management practices.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
