We're seeking a Quality Engineer to drive manufacturing process quality and efficiency. You'll be crucial in developing essential documentation like PFMEAs, Control Plans, MSAs, and Process Flow Diagrams, leveraging your dynamic background in PPAP documentation and CNC machining operations.
You will lead PPAP submissions, conduct process capability studies, and apply statistical analysis to identify and mitigate risks. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, translating technical specifications into actionable process improvements. responsibilities:
- Lead and support PPAP submissions, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain quality control plans, inspection criteria, and work instructions to support manufacturing operations.
- Conduct process capability studies, statistical analysis, and risk assessments to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Utilize Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential process risks.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure alignment on process documentation and improvements.
- Translate CNC machining operations into required PPAP documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with technical experts and adapt quickly with minimal training
- Bachelors of Engineering with PPAP experience is a must
