A Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer is needed for a leading manufacturing organization outside of Charleston, WV. The Manufacturing Engineer will support the development and launch of machining and assembly processes for engine and transmission components. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, involving equipment procurement, process development, and project coordination across engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading the planning and installation of high-volume manufacturing lines (9K+ units/month), managing budgets and schedules, and supporting line trials and vendor coordination. Technical knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D CAD, and process engineering is essential. Travel up to 20% (domestic/international) may be required for meetings and observations. A Bachelor's in Engineering or 5+ years of related experience required. AutoCAD and 3D CAD proficiency preferred. Must be open to occasional weekend, shutdown, and international travel.
