responsibilities:
- Manage the construction administration process for all projects
- Develop and maintain inspection processes across the full project lifecycle
- Conduct field inspections and ensure timely resolution of field report items
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor RFIs and Change Proposal Requests to ensure compliance and quality
- Must have at minimum 5 years in an MEP construction or consulting environment
- Solid understanding of MEP systems and relevant building codes
- Proven experience reading and interpreting MEP construction documents
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
- Current Associate or Field Inspector looking to step into a management role
- Hands-on experience conducting inspections at an MEP consulting firm
- Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems
