We are searching for an Advance Install Technician in the Little Rick, AR area to work for a rapidly growing company. This person will support the installation process by communicating install preferences and technical specifications to accelerate the installation and turnover period. This includes providing input for implementation plans, pulling cable, installing cameras, installing strikes, programming and provisioning of servers, providing customer training, setting up analytic triggers for Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), as well as creating door schedules and credentialing Access Control Management (ACM) jobs.
Candidates must be willing to travel about 70% of the time. This is a direct hire role that provides overtime pay an opportunity for career growth and advancement.

responsibilities:
- Supports the PMO during the Postsale installation process by communicating install preferences and technical specifications to accelerate the installation and turnover period.
- Assist with installations and service calls and troubleshoot the issues with Video and Access Control jobs, set ups and installations, etc.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the product suite (Video and ACM) and all the products the company sells.
- Manage and maintain all documentation for each project with complete ownership.
