We are searching for an Solutions Engineer in the Little Rock, AR area to work for a rapidly growing company. This person will create presale designs and support the sales process which includes being the technical Subject Matter Expert in customer meetings.
Entry-level candidates with a BSEE degree and experienced Sales Engineers are both encouraged to apply. Candidates must be willing to travel about 70% of the time.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the presale design process, specifically for creating customer proposals that propel business for the company.
- Requires a big picture view of the product landscape while delivering simplified and standardized designs.
- Support sales team by attending customer meetings in business attire to help gauge customer needs with the objective of creating design inputs for a proposal.
- Create deliverable documentation includes system descriptions, system drawings, equipment lists, scopes of work, RFP point-by-point responses.
- Set up site surveys for testing by the field team.
