We are searching for a Land Mobile Radio Technician or RF Technician in the Little Rock, AR area to work for a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will have an FCC General Radio Operator's License (GROL) and/or NICET IB-PSC certifications
Candidates must be willing to travel about 70% of the time.

responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot complex RF communication systems including P25, DMR-III, and analog
- Support both postsale deployments and ongoing service needs
- Support implementation and upgrades of DAS and BDA (Class A/B) systems including passive and active setups
- Program, optimize, and test subscriber devices, dispatch consoles, and RF infrastructure components
- Perform preventative maintenance and generate trend documentation to ensure long-term system reliability
