An Electrical Technician is needed for a company that transports, distributes and generates energy, with diversified assets that include a balance between crude oil and natural gas in the White Castle, LA area. The Electrical Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic/electromechanical equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and documentation standards.

responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose basic equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct planned maintenance (PM), safety, and environmental inspections.
- Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure follow-up and satisfaction.
- Implement customer facility contracts to support business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with local team members to deliver efficient service.
- Assist both junior and senior technicians with basic and complex repair tasks.
- Complete documentation, including repair actions, reports, and summaries as scheduled.
- Maintain and care for spare parts, tools, and test equipment, ensure proper calibration.
- Stay updated on technical standards, codes, and safe equipment handling procedures through formal training.
- Comply with all relevant regulatory and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement).
- At least one year of experience or formal training in electronics/electromechanical maintenance or
- Previous experience in customer service or maintaining good customer relations.
