A Technician Associate is needed for a world class utility company in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This role requires utility industry experience in Engineering Technology to perform pole analysis using DDS software, track and deliver high-quality utility design projects, and apply growing technical, planning, and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.

responsibilities:
- Gains knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Develops familiarity with relevant materials, systems, and business processes.
- Executes assigned tasks under guidance from senior personnel.
- Collaborates effectively with others to gather and share information.
- Plans tasks following standard procedures and company practices.

- Requires Associate Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering Technology (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years or related utility industry work experience.
