A Logistics Sampling Associate is needed for a Swiss multinational manufacturing company for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and nutrition sectors, in the Portsmouth, NH area. This job performs raw material sampling and testing while supporting logistics and maintaining GMP compliance.

responsibilities:
- Collect samples of incoming powdered and liquid raw materials upon delivery to the manufacturing site.
- Perform routine testing of raw materials in accordance with cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Use aseptic techniques to sample from a variety of containers including bags, barrels, and totes.
- Conduct relevant assays following established SOPs and quality standards.
- Maintain the cleanroom and all tools in a sanitary state through daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines.
- Record all sampling and cleaning activities in logbooks.
- Transport materials between the warehouse and workstation using powered equipment.
- Complete Transfer Orders in SAP to align inventory records.
- Perform equipment maintenance and manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
- Utilize systems such as DMS, iLab, LIMS, TrackWise, and SAP for tracking, documentation, and compliance.
- Conduct peer reviews of data related to assigned tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a qualified trainer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the department.
- Perform Safety Inspection walkthroughs to ensure adherence to departmental safety protocols.
- Support other Logistics tasks and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
