The Mechanical Engineer would be responsible for driving the full product lifecycle for Power Systems Division products, from concept creation, design, and prototyping through mechanical testing, DFMA, and ongoing continuous improvement, all while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, technicians, and service and manufacturing personnel to deliver reliable, innovative, and cost-effective solutions for our customers.

responsibilities:

Lead the concept, design, and prototyping of Power Systems Division products, overseeing mechanical testing, implementing Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) principles, and driving ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Work in close partnership with product managers, fellow engineers, technicians, and service and manufacturing personnel to develop and implement innovative, cost-effective, and highly reliable solutions that meet customer needs.

Address and resolve issues arising from field performance, manufacturing processes, and supplier interactions.
